Ouma Swese se Spens uses a number of courier companies within South Africa. We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. 

Some of our suppliers are smaller producers who run small production lines or work on a ‘made to order’ basis, so there could be a lead time for certain products. We will always try our best to indicate this on the product page where relevant.

Please allow for up to 5 days for delivery from date of dispatch depending on your location; most deliveries to main centres within 1-3 days. 

Please note: Orders placed on a weekend/public holiday will only be processed from the first day of the week.

By default we dispatch orders when all products in a particular order are ready. (i.e. when those with lead times are also ready).

All packages must be signed for when delivered – please make sure that when making your purchase, you provide an address where there will be somebody to sign between working hours. If you provide your cellphone number and/or email address when ordering you will be keep up to date via delivery tracking.

Wholesale Shipping Fees

Our Rates are calculated on bulk weight. Your order will be quoted internally by our team to ensure your goods arrive in perfect condition and in a timely manner. 

NB!   Ouma Swesie se Spens parcels are packed with the utmost of care, and after parcels is handed over to the Courier Company of your choice, and leave our premises, it is no longer the responsibility of us for any breakage or damage of the parcels.  Any damages or breakage will be between the Courier Company and the Client.
